Stallholder FAQ

I want to become a stallholder, when can I apply for a stall?
We make announcements of application dates across our social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram).
Applications will stay open up until 2 weeks prior to the market (unless sold out prior), and you can apply for up to 3 x markets in advance.

When will I be notified if my application is successful?
Once your application has been assessed we’ll email you back and let you know if your application was successful or not.

Do I need a gazebo? What about wet weather?
District 01 is an indoor location which means no need for a gazebo, and we’ll be on rain, hail or shine!

Stallholder Arrival: 8:30am – 9:30am
Market Opening Hours: 10am – 4pm
Stallholder Departure: 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Stallholders can access the venue by parking vehicles directly adjacent to the venue in Randle Lane.
Each stallholder will have a 15 minute window to unload goods.

Ticketed parking is in abundance in the local area on a Sunday. This is at a cost to participants. No responsibility will be taken for parking fines issues to stallholders.

Power is available in various outlets within the venue. Staff will be on hand to ensure that your power needs are taken care of and will manage rigging if required.

Public Liability Insurance:
This is not a necessity, as the venue has public liability insurance. However, it is recommended that you have your own policy, just in case.

$50 for your spot at Little Treasures. Please advise us how you plan to set up your space ie. one table and two clothing racks, so we can accommodate.

  • Large black wooden tables

Please advise if you require any of the above as spaces do not come with equipment.

Food & Beverage:
Food and beverage are in abundance in the surrounding area. We also have a fridge, so feel free to bring some food and bevs of your own. We will also always try to have a food stall in our midst.

Stallholder Agreement

The Agreement
Upon payment of the stall deposit, the stallholder agrees to the terms within this document.

Must be designed locally and be unique to the stallholder. Vintage sellers are also welcome!

Stallholders take full responsibility of their products and cash reserves.

Stall Deposit
Your options as a stallholder is, if you are no longer available for the market, notify the team as soon as possible and we will try to locate a replacement. If we cannot, then the deposit will not be refunded. If we are able to find a replacement, then the deposit will be refunded.

Notice of Unavailability
Stallholders are expected to provide as much notice as possible should they not be able to participate as agreed.
